Our dog Merlot has now stayed at Freeway’s Pals on 3 separate occasions, ranging from 4 days to 16 days when we have been away. Vicky, the owner is very kind and caring and will go out of her way to ensure your doggy is well cared for in homely surroundings. There is a safe, secure and enclosed garden that the dogs have access to and Vicky will also send photo and video updates. I would have no hesitation in recommending Freeway’s Pals and indeed Merlot is booked in again for a 9 day stay in a few weeks. ☆☆☆☆☆ doggy day care and boarding.
Vicky is wonderful with our Bronson and also does house visits for us which is an absolute life saver. Vicky is passionate about what she does, has a lot of experience and trust her 100% to care for our dog and sends us updates which is great for peace of mind and has created a wonderful home from home environment.

Vicky was fantastic with Coco.
I really felt Coco was going from one home to another so warm and welcoming.
She was so excited when she arrived and I could sense a great vibe between herself and Vicky.
Nothing was a problem when it came to pick up/ drop off times.
We received daily photos and videos of Coco’s stay which was really reasurring for my children while we were away.
Highly recommend Vicky for taking such good care and fun, to anybody.
